Reliant Windows recruits FENSA MTC and GQA / NVQ accredited installers and surveyors and constantly invests in on-going technical training to improve our staff qualifications and knowledge base to benefit our customers. Minimum Technical Competencies (MTC) have been introduced by the government and are a set of criteria that installers and surveyors are required to meet as part of a Competent Persons Scheme (CPS) when replacing windows and doors in domestic properties. As a FENSA Certified Company, staff and processes at Reliant Windows reflect the recognised national standard and a trusted mark of quality.
Reliant Windows are proud members of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) who conduct independent surveys of our customers and we have consistently received results between 95% – 100% in the categories of ‘Undertakings Fulfilled, ‘Worked Efficiently’, ‘Courteous and Professional’ and ‘Recommended Company’ over the 15 years plus we have been members of the CPA.
